Cuts? What cuts?
No wonder the Government is having to borrow more money, instead of slashing the debt mountain built up under Blair and Brown - last month curent spending was up 5% on a year ago! Cash cuts in current spending are not planned this year or the next. By 2016-17, the Government expects current spending to be £709 billion, 13% more than the cash total for 2010-11!!
